The Outreach team are out and about in the evenings after school engaging with young people in their own environments. We listen to their voices and work with them on a range of different activities. We aim to provide social and emotional conversations on issues that affect those in need. Working closely with South Wales Police to develop better links with local partners, we are working to make the community a safer place for those living in the area.
