Wilford School of Dance is a dance school providing classes in ballet, tap, and modern.
This school accommodates a range of ages, from the Twirly Tutus ballet class for 3-5 year olds, to adult classes, focusing on pointe work and advanced technique.
Tap and modern classes are taught from the age of 4 and grade training is available from the age of 6. Through these courses, basic technique and confidence development is gained with chances to perform as well. From the age of 14, students are eligible for vocational training which focuses on strengthening technique and preparing students for a professional career in dance.
Established by Caryl Wilford over 40 years ago, the school has seen many successful students go on to major dance colleges and into professional dancing and teaching careers.
Caryl is fully qualified teacher holding a Diploma of Dance Education in ballet, tap and modern. CIB checked.
