‘Regard man as a mine rich in gems of inestimable value. Education can, alone, cause it to reveal its treasures, and enable mankind to benefit therefrom.’ – Bahá’í Writings
Every Sunday afternoon, families from a diversity of backgrounds come together in a spirit of unity and friendship to offer classes for children aged 4-11 that focus on developing spiritual qualities such as kindness, truthfulness, joy and courage.
Through songs, stories, prayer, the arts, memorisation, and drama, we explore what it means to have a good character and to be of service to others and our community.
There is a strong sense of purpose amongst all who participate – to contribute to the betterment of the world and ourselves, beginning right here with each one of us.
We use the curriculum of the Ruhi Institute which has been developed by the Baha’i community and is being used all over the world, and is open to all.
