About the role
Trustees play a vital role in the governance and strategic direction of the Centre. Working collectively as part of the Trustee Board, you will help set the vision, provide oversight, and ensure the organisation is well-run, financially sound and operating in line with its charitable aims.
We are committed to the highest standards of governance and take our responsibilities seriously. New Trustees are fully supported to participate confidently and meaningfully in Board discussions, and we aim to ensure everyone feels prepared, informed and empowered in their role.
The Centre is entering an exciting new phase, working closely with our new Centre Manager and building a clear direction for the future. This is an opportunity to be part of shaping what the Cathays Community Centre can become, and to help make a lasting difference to communities in Cathays and beyond.
