The Outreach team are out and about in the evenings after school engaging with young people in their own environments. We listen to their voices and work with them on a range of various activities. We aim to provide social and emotional conversations on issues that affect those in need. We work closely with different partners such as Safer Street, Cardiff Youth Services and Cathays Youth Action Group to make the community a safer place for those living in the area.
