Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) took place on January 11th with a performance by Reports of Animals, who captivated the audience with their timeless melodies. Following this musical opening, centre’s staff took the stage to deliver a comprehensive review of the center’s activities and achievements in 2024.

Shortly thereafter, the Centre’s Manager Bud and Community Jam Manager Pete led a performance featuring the Jam Club, a group composed of members and staff from the Monday Night Youth Club. Their dedication and regular rehearsals were evident, as the audience responded enthusiastically to their heartfelt renditions. The energetic atmosphere prompted a brief interlude, during which Gemma, the centre’s Volunteers Manager, presented her report and recognised the contributions of the center’s volunteers. Notably, one of the volunteers, Adam, was honored as “Volunteer of the Year” in recognition of his outstanding dedication throughout 2024.

Centre’s Manager Bud then delivered a heartfelt thank-you speech to express gratitude to all involved.

The evening continued with another musical highlight as Gelynion Dyn took to the stage, keeping the spirit of celebration alive. The festivities concluded with a communal meal and an entertaining set by Josh, the DJ, ensuring a memorable close to the event.
