We were contacted by the community to provide guidance and information about the opportunities available for young people with Additional Learning Needs in a local community. Therefore, on the 11th of April, the ‘Parent Support Group ALN Talk’ took place at Chinese Church in Canton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are delighted to have been able to facilitate this seminar, highlighting the work we have done and to champion partnership efforts. We used that ethos to arrange for a representative from the CHAD social services team to speak on the day. We also invited Chris Davies from the Adult services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mujib Yahaya, who is a youth worker at Cathay’s Community Centre, also introduced the opportunities that Cathays Community Centre can offer, as well as introduced Cardiff Youth services and other partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
