Wheelchair access is provided in the form of a drop curb at the front of the building, with a wide entrance to the site and a large front door leading to the cafe and main reception.
\nWide hallways with ramps for wheelchairs to get through and double door entrances to both our main halls and the main hall reception area. Access to the upstairs rehearsal room, media room, and our meeting room is available via stairs only.<\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

<\/i>Do you offer a discount to under 18s and soloists in the rehearsal rooms? \ud83c\udfb8<\/a><\/h3>

Please let us know if you are either under 18 or practising as a soloist, and we can add the discount to your account. If you have already made a booking, let us know the email you used when you made the booking, and we will also credit your account. Otherwise, let us know, and we can send you a link to sign up. Leave the hall tidy, remove decorations, and dispose of rubbish. Ensure children are supervised at all times, and guests behave appropriately. <\/i>What are the deposit and payment requirements? \ud83d\udcb0<\/a><\/h3>

A deposit is required to secure the space upon booking, and the full hire fee is due seven days before the booking. Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit is received.<\/span>
\nThe deposit is calculated based on event capacity, duration, and equipment hired. Both the deposit and hire fee must be paid ahead of the event start time. The deposit is returned in full when the event is finished and the room is left in a satisfactory condition at the agreed end time.<\/span><\/p>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
